Polish e-commerce market is growing 18% a year, which is the best result in Europe. Value of the market has passed the threshold of PLN 51 bn. Almost every day, nearly 30 million Poles make purchases online. At the same time, they are becoming increasingly demanding customers, particularly in the area of logistics servicing of shipments. Smart parcel machines, same day delivery, tracking parcels online or drones delivering parcels are becoming a more and more common sight in our reality. How do companies selling goods online cope?
