| Session C1 - ECR: Solutions and tools for the FMCG market |

The session will present an outline of solutions and tools developed and implemented by enterprises belonging to ECR Polska and other European ECR organizations. They were aimed at achieving a practical increase in delivery chain efficiency. The feature shared by all ECR projects is a high degree of commitment and close cooperation between business partners, going beyond traditional supplier-retailer relations. Also, significant benefits are often available to multiple businesses jointly executing projects under the ECR auspices.

Managing Director at ECR Polska, Consultant at the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing. Combining his experience from various areas (logistics, sales, marketing) he successfully conducts logistics audits and consulting projects. Owing to his involvement in the works of Porozumienie ECR Polska, he is a co-author of supply chain integration programs and improvements in company operation. He manages activities undertaken by Porozumienie ECR Polska, resulting e.g. in the development of practical tools and knowledge supporting the elimination of costs which do not generate profits along the entire supply chain.

In addition, specialises in issues related to tax aspects of intellectual property transactions and warehouse management. He is a chartered tax adviser and an expert in the area of e-invoices, e-tax returns, e-signature, fixed assets, intangible assets and legal aspects of intellectual property transactions. In the context of the application of IT technology for tax purposes, he specialises in the SAP R/3 / ECC systems, Lotus Designer environment, MSSQL and MySQL databases and PHP, C and HTML languages. |
